	Is Moscow a terrifying place? 모스크바는 무서운 곳?
Moscow strikes most Koreans as a  terrifying place because a few years ago there were some reportings of racist attacks on Asians by Russian skinheads.	대부분의 한국 사람들은 모스크바를 매우 무서운 곳이라고 생각합니다. 왜냐하면 몇년 전에 거기서 러시아 스킨헤드족이 동양인을 공격한 사건이 있었기 때문입니다.
A Korean student studying in Russia, too, fell victim to one of those attacks and was killed.	한국인 유학생 한 명도 그런 공격에 희생되어 목숨을 잃었습니다.
So, even if I wanted, my mother would never allow me to go to Moscow for safey reasons.	그래서 설령 제가 모스크바에 가고 싶어 한다고 해도 저희 어머니는 안전상의 문제로 제가 가는 것을 절대 허락하지 않을 것입니다.
However, a Korean business man who has lived in Moscow for several years wrote on his blog that this is tremendously exaggerated, Moscow is such a safte place and the majority of Moscow citizens are kind people.	하지만 모스크바에서 몇년동안 사신 어떤 한국인 회사 주재원은 본인의 블로그에 이것은 매우 과장된 것이고 모스크바는 아주 안전한 곳이고 모스크바 시민들 대다수는 친절한 사람들이라고 썼더군요.
Still, a good number of Koreans regard it as a dangerous place to visit.	그렇지만 여전히 많은 한국 사람들은 그곳을 위험한 곳이라고 생각합니다.
I think this can inflict substantial losses on the country by discouraging foreign visits and investment to it.	저는 이것은 러시아에 굉장히 손해라고 생각합니다. 왜냐하면 그것 때문에 러시아로의 외국인 방문이나 투자가 줄어들 수 있기 때문입니다.
Tourists to Russia are peple who go to Russia to spend money.	러시아로 여행가는 사람들은 러시아로 돈을 쓰러 가는 사람들입니다.
Students in Russia, as well, are people who spend money there and  are apt to have postive feelings for it - of course, not all of them, but most of them.	유학생들도 마찬가지로 거기서 돈을 쓰는 사람들이고 또 유학생들은 대부분 (물론 다는 아니겠지만) 러시아에 대해서 호감을 갖게 되기가 쉽습니다.
Why attack those people?	그런데 왜 그런 사람들을 공격하냔 말입니다. -_-
Hence, skinheads must realize that they are causing their country tremendous losses and stop doing racist attaks immediately.	그러므로 스킨헤드족들은 자신들이 나라에 엄청 손해를 끼치고 있다는 것을 알고 당장 인종차별적인 공격을 그만둬야 한다고 생각합니다.
