Appointment Certificate Presentation Ceremony 임명장 수여식

I heard that there's the seal of state on our certificates of appointment, but obviously I was misinformed.	임명장에는 국새가 찍힌다고 들었는데 그게 아니었나 봅니다.
Only the seal of Gyeonggi superintendent of education.	경기도 교육감인만 있었어요.
Still, I felt good.	그래도 기분은 좋았습니다.
